The essential functions of the technician position are to provide excellent customer service and quality pest control applications to all customers of American Pest Control. Technicians have the opportunity to sell, service, and market within their route areas and are encouraged to form meaningful relationships with customers and attend community events.
Customer service representatives serve as the first line of contact with customers of American Pest Control. As the face of American Pest Control, customer service representatives have the opportunity to sell services and attend marketing and community events.
Accounts receivable and accounts payable specialists are responsible for a wide range of clerical in-office duties relating to accounting, billing, and customer service. Applicants with previous bookkeeping experience would be ideal candidates for these positions.
